Coco fizz

Rum and coconut is a classic combination, so why not give your Prosecco a tropical twist with this coco fizz cocktail?

Put 25ml coconut rum, 50ml coconut water and the juice of 1 /2 lime into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is icy cold to the touch. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with 50ml Prosecco and serve.
